I love this recipe so much and I feel like I always crave it when it gets cold out! I always just want something warm and hearty in my belly! This is a great recipe and it is very filling!
- 1 Box of Spaghetti Noodles
- 5-6 Strips of Bacon
- 3-4 Eggs
- Splash of Milk
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Fresh Parsley for Garnish
Cook spaghetti according to package and drain the water. Cook the bacon in a skillet until it is crispy. Remove the bacon and set it to the side to be chopped up. KEEP the grease in the skillet.
In a bowl, beat together the eggs, splash of milk, and salt and pepper.
Reheat the bacon grease in the skillet and add in pasta. Stir so that it is coated in the bacon grease. Add in the chopped up bacon and stir. Add in egg mixture and stir until cooked and mixed with the pasta. Serve with a generous amount of parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley.
Can’t wait to try this recipe! We went to Italy in March and we are dying to find recipes similar to what we had over there!
