INGREDIENTS:
- 2 large TBSP of butter
- 2 lbs of Ground Italian sausage
- I Yellow Onion (diced)
- 3-4 Russet Potatoes (small cubes)
- I cup of Half&Half
- I large bunch of Fresh Kale (chopped)
- I box of small shells (noodles)
- 2 32oz Cartons of Chicken Broth
- I TBSP of Minced Garlic
- I tsp of Chili Flakes
- I tsp of Onion Powder
- I TBSP of Dried Basil
- I TBSP of Dried Oregano
- I tsp of Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Brown the sausage in your pot.
- Add in diced onion/minced garlic & spices. Cook until fragrant.
- Pour in all liquids & stir.
- Add in potatoes, noodles & kale 30 min before serving.
- Serve with fresh grated parmesan cheese.
