Panty hose, plaid, & a turtle neck- sounds like a terrible 90’s throwback but I swear, it is the cutest number for every night out!
I don’t dress up often but when I do, I want to still feel comfortable in what I am wearing. I always feel that if you are comfortable, it shows and makes the outfit look 100% better! I love this little number because it is trendy and cute but not too ‘out there’, if ya know what I mean? Us every day girls can still pull it off!
First, I love this turtle neck from Shein. It isn’t too oversized, and has just enough ‘neck’ to the turtle neck. Plus, it is slightly cropped in the front and fits perfectly tucked right in to the top of the skirt!
This skirt, also from Shein, is the high light piece- it is bright and bold and brings the whole outfit together! I love that it sits above my hips but still has enough length to cover my bum. The wool skirt and chenille turtle neck are two different textures and look so perfect styled together! Plus, the gold button detail on the hip adds subtle detail that ties right in with the bling and I could not love that more!
Hate all you want, but panty hose make ya legs look dang good! This is a fall/winter look and most of us have already lost our tan by then. I don’t know about you but my thighs could blind someone if I wore a skirt in mid-Janurary. Having the perfect pair of tan panty hose was a must and made the outfit look that much more classy!
Shoes?!? Most important part of the outfit, duh! With so much going on on the top half of my body, I wanted to keep my shoe game simple, but still balanced with the outfit! I love the subtle grey OTK boots with a block heel! I think the boots give the outfit the perfect ‘warm & cozy’ look and a good block heel always makes me feel like I can run the world! Ya feel me?
The outfit is fun enough as it is, but you can never look too extra! lol. I love these statement earrings and necklace to add a little sparkle to the winter fabric!
XOXOX,
Katy
Love it! Rockin’ It!
