You guys. Let me start by saying I don’t even really LIKE bananas OR peanut butter…. The two main ingredients in this. Lol! It is CANDY. One of the girls on my team loved it and she went home and immediately went to go buy the ingredients. IT. IS. SO. GOOD. I will say, I do think the “butter” is the key part. It would be way too much with actual peanut butter! I use a really yummy cinnamon roll almond cashew butter. I could eat it with a spoon! I’ll link it here! It is super easy to make and it has a great source of: carbs, protein, and fats.
I got half of this recipe from the food/workout program I use. (I changed up the butter, added honey and chocolate) I love it. I started using it religiously at the start of January. It has changed my life for the better. I have already seen a small change in the scale, although I am not looking for weight loss… I am looking for MUSCLE!!! I want great arms, solid legs, and a strong core. I like to think I have already seen a difference in my arms. Lol! I will link the program here if you are interested! I am a paying customer- fyi! (:
