It’s that time of year again! YAY! The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is a great time to stock up on your favorite fall pieces at a discount. They run great sales on good designer items as well as lots of your typical name brand stuff. It is a great time to grab sweaters, boots, winter outerwear, and your favorite accessories.
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is a tiered sale. So that means it will open to Nordstrom Cardmembers before it opens to the general public. I will attach the dates of the sale for each tier level below. You will not be able to checkout unless you are shopping on the correct dates according to your cardmember status/general public! Just a heads up! If you are a cardmember and you don’t know your status, you can login to your Nordstrom account and it will tell you.

This year they tried something new and gave preview access to EVERYONE starting on July 24th. You can add all the items you love from the sale to your ‘Wish List’ and save it for your day to shop! It is very easy to move items over from your wish list to your cart and it allows you to checkout quickly.
Tips for shopping the sale:
- Know your budget!!
- Have your ‘Wish List’ ready to go.
- Know your “needs” vs. your “wants” if you’re trying to stick to your budget!
- It is a good time to snag Christmas gifts for your favorite people! 🙂

Hands down..My number one recommendation.. if you are going to buy anything at all from this sale.. it would be the Spanx Faux Leather Leggings! As you can see, I wear them all the time. They are so easy to dress up or dress down. They come in petite, regular, plus size, and maternity. They are worth every single penny and during the sale they are $33 off. This is one of the only times that Spanx go on sale throughout the year. They run true to size. They are compression wear and meant to suck in your tummy so they naturally feel a bit tight at the very beginning of wear. SO SO WORTH IT!
