Friendsgiving Recipes

I’ve had such a big request for the best side dishes to bring to a Friendsgiving! Y’all know I love my food, and I love clothes…… best things in life! Ya feel me? Lol! So, I’m going to share two quick recipes below that I love… quick, yummy, and easy! As well as some cute holiday dresses that are great for a Friendsgiving!

Deviled Eggs:

•A dozen eggs

•REAL bacon

•2 tablespoons of Mayo

•1 tablespoon of Yellow mustard

•1 table spoon of Lawrys salt

•Ground Black pepper

How to: Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Once water starts boiling, add eggs and cook for 20 minutes. While eggs are cooking, place 2-4 slices of bacon in pan and cook until crispy- remove and set on paper towel to soak up remaining grease. Remove eggs when timer ends and quickly place in a large bowl of ice water. Let sit for 5 minutes before starting to remove shell. Once shell is removed cut eggs in half and spoon hardened yolk into bowl with mixture above. Mix together, add chopped bacon to mixture. Spoon mixture into each egg half… and serve!

Maple bacon chips:

•Crescent rolls

•1/4 cup Maple syrup

•1lb Bacon

•3/4 cup Brown Sugar

Preheat oven to 375! Layout crescent rolls on a baking sheet and stretch to fit to sheet(do not pull apart- just lay out whole roll). Poke dough with a fork to keep it from bubbling up. Start to cook bacon in a pan, and remove when almost cooked. Remember it will continue to cook more in the oven! Cut up bacon into small bits! Drizzle half of syrup over crescent rolls and sprinkle half of brown sugar mixture over syrup. Then, sprinkle cut up pieces of bacon, and repeat syrup/sugar step. Place in oven and cook for 20ish minutes or until crispy. YUM!! Everyone will love this!!

I don’t know about you, but I’ve realized that dresses are the way to go when it comes to anything thanksgiving! You may think comfy pants are the way to go…. and imma tell you right now, you are wrong! Lol! Dresses allow for all the food room!! One of my favorite dresses I picked up this season is from Express! They have TONS of holiday options and the best dresses. Last year I ended up getting my thanksgiving dress, multiple Christmas dresses, and my New Years dress all from Express. They are great quality and have a huge selection, depending on how casual or dressy you want to be! They also offer a lot of items in xxs-xxl which is super helpful as far as everyone finding the perfect fit!
