Meatball Subs
I am not going to sit here and pretend like I am the first to make this or it’s some secret revelation because hello… but sometimes ya girl just really enjoys a good meatball sub. My dad used to always get us meatballs subs from Subway when I was growing up! This is such an easy meal to just throw together on a weeknight or busy weekend. It is generally a crowd pleaser and you can easily change it up or add things to your liking.

I just prepare the meatballs according to the package. They are frozen meatballs. If you’re in the mood to be a hero, then you can definitely make your own meatballs but this is just easier!

I toasted the bread with a little bit of butter and garlic salt for 2-3 minutes in the oven. Then I scooped several meatballs and some sauce on to the sub. I topped it with a generous amount of mozzarella cheese and some Italian seasoning.
Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for about 8-10 minutes (long enough for the cheese to melt).

Finished product..YUM!! I love serving this with a Caesar salad. This Caesar is hands down my favorite bag salad of all time. The day it gets discontinued I will shed tears for sure.

Finally! I’m so glad you are showing us what you make, it just makes the post so much better. & now I want a meatball sub for breakfast. Thanks, lol.
